Complete rice milling plant is the process that helps detaching hulls and bran's from paddy grains to produce polished rice. The objective of a rice milling system is to remove the husk and the bran layers from paddy rice to produce whole white rice Kernels that are sufficiently milled free of impurities and contain a minimum number of broken kernels. FOTMA Rice milling machines are designed and developed from superior grade raw materials in compliance with international quality standards. 
 
The 240 ton/day complete rice processing plant is designed to produce high quality refined rice. From paddy cleaning to rice packing, the operation is completely automatic controlled. Meticulously tested on various quality parameters under the guidance of our experienced professionals, this large scale complete rice processing line is recognized for its reliable performance,  less maintenance, longer service life and enhanced durability.
 
We can also design the milling line according to different requirements of different users.We can consider to use vertical type rice whitener or horizontal type rice whitener, normal manual type husker or pneumatic automatic husker, different quantity on silky polisher, rice grader, color sorter, packing machine, etc., as well as suction type or clothes bag type or pulse type dust collection system, simple one-storey structure or multi-storey type structure.
