Using Instruction
Bottle sections are widely used in bottle containers; can be used to make food and beverage bottles.Polyester has a certain degree of hydrophilicity, and the pellets are more sensitive to water at high temperatures, thereby reducing the molecular weight of the chips and reducing the mechanical properties of the final product. Therefore, it needs to be dried before melting. The recommended drying conditions are 160-180℃, the drying time is about 4-6 hours, and the dew point temperature should be controlled below -40 ℃. The recommended barrel injection temperature is 275-295 ℃. During storage and transportation, moisture, dust, sunscreen, mechanical collision; dust, particles, oil and chemicals shall not be mixed; loading and unloading, iron hooks shall not be used to avoid packaging damage.
